Chelsea man Belletti could be heading to Flamengo

Current Brasileiro champions, Flamengo, are said to be interested in Chelsea’s rightback/midfielder, Belletti.
The player has apparently been trying to get out of his contract at the London club for some weeks and would welcome a return to his homeland. But the 33-year-old told Globoesporte.com that he was unaware of the Rio side’s interest: “Flamengo? This is a surprise to me especially as Chelsea have already said that they’re not going to release me in January”. Despite this, Flamengo still believe that they can get their man because Belletti has told his representatives that he is keen for the switch to happen.

He might not be the only Brazilian returning home.
The press here in the UK are saying that Robinho will play his last game for Man City today before returning to Santos.
It will be a shame, Robinho is a great player at a terrible club. It goes to show what happens when you make a move for money reasons rather than for football.
