Wolfsburg forward, Grafite, and Hoffenheim midfielder, Carlos Eduardo, have been brought in for Brazil’s friendly vs the Republic of Ireland next Tuesday. Seville striker, Luís Fabiano, though, will miss the tie after picking up a chest muscle injury.
Grafite has been called up by Brazil on just one occasion when he scored in a friendly vs Guatemala in 2005. Carlos Eduardo was in Brazil’s squad vs England and Oman in November last year.

Wasn’t this the perfect opportunity for Dunga to call up Pato?
Don’t get me wrong, I like Grafite, but shouldn’t we give Pato a chance to prove himself for a place in the WC?
Carlos Eduardo on the other hand is an excellent choice (to replace the injured Anderson?), another strong former Gremista who has the ability to come off the bench for the Selecao and make something happen.

Pato is’nt a direct replacement for fabiano hes to similar to Robinho and Nilmar, I guess Grafite is! Me personally preferring Hulk of Porto.. Never sure about Dunga’s selections, still could have called on Ronaldinho but didn’t.

I am not very happy with some of the selections Dunga made. He does not know how to choose players. Dunga could have made better choices. I am big Flamengo fan, but picking Kleberson over Ronaldinho is bananas. Moreover, I found out that Grafite was just added to the team– Pato is ten times a better player than Grafite. Not happy with Dunga at all….!

Fabiano is a big lose, but in think Dunga is crazy not calling Ronaldinho…
