Brazil’s second outing in the Copa America sees them go up against Paraguay in the city of Cordoba. Despite drawing their opening fixture, Mano Menezes has ignored the pressure for change and has stuck with the side that drew 0-0 with Venezuela.   Since 2000, there’s been very little to choose between the two with four wins each and a draw.

Brazil (probable): Julio César; Daniel Alves, Lúcio, Thiago Silva, André Santos, Lucas Leiva, Ramires (Elano), Paulo Henrique Ganso, Robinho (Lucas Moura), Neymar, Alexandre Pato
Coach: Mano Manezes
Paraguay (probable): Villar; Paulo da Silva, Verón, Torres; Ortigoza, Riveros, Vera; Estigarribia, Santa Cruz, Barrios e Haedo Valdez
Coach: Gerardo Martino
Venue: Mario Kempes stadium, Córdoba, Argentina
Date: 9 July 2011
Kick off: 1600 (Brasilia) 2000 (London)
Officials: Wilmar Roldán, Humberto Clavijo (both Colombia), Francisco Mondria (Chile)

Hey John I have a strong feeling that Mano wll be fired by the CBF after this tournament. The national team does not look convincing at all. There is absolutely no creativity in the midfield and we a sorely missing a big feared striker
