Brazil’s U-20s take on Panama in Barranquilla tonight knowing that they already have a place in the next phase of the World Cup. Ney Franco’s side drew their opener with Egypt 1-1 and then beat Austria 3-0.
The coach is forced to make changes for the Panama encounter. Porto’s injured leftback, Alex Sandro, has been sent home. Centreback, Juan, is suspended. Gabriel Silva and Romário are expected to come in.
Panama could make the next stage if they manage to pull off a decent win against Brazil.
