Spanish giants, Real Madrid, are close to signing Brazilian teenager, Luiz Henrique dos Santos. The teenager, nicknamed “Pety” (after former Flamengo favourite Dejan Petkovic) has already undergone a trial period with the Madrid team and the Spaniards are believed to be preparing an offer to take him to the Bernabéu. Dos Santos was initially seen by Real Betis but the Seville club struggled to come up with a decent bid and enough money to transport the youngster and his entire family to Spain.
The interest in the Brazilian, who is currently set to join Cruzeiro in early March, came about thanks to a video posted on Youtube by the player’s father, Amaro dos Santos.

Interesting. I assume that a player of that age can’t officially be transferred from one club to another, so how would things work should Real Madrid’s interest be taken further? Also, were the Spanish club not linked with an Argentinian primary schooler not so long ago? I know that Argentina isn’t your beat, but do you know if anything ever came of those rumours?
