Oscar could be a Chelsea player by Thursday

Internacional president, Giovanni Luigi, has said that only minor details stand between Brazil midfielder Oscar joining Chelsea. “It’s well on the way, just missing [some] details and the signature. This could happen tomorrow (Wednesday) or Thursday” Luigi told Rádio Gaúcha.
The fee is believed to be around the £25 million mark. But the form of payment may be a problems as Internacional might insist the payment is made in euros and not sterling.
Internacional recently ended a legal dispute with Oscar’s former team São Paulo by paying around £5million to the Morumbi club. It is possible that the deal made between the two Brazilian clubs might complicate Oscar’s move to Chelsea.

It is nice to hear that but i dont know why we can not sign moses for £10m if we could sign lukaku from an inferior league for £18m.
