Fluminense are preparing to cash in on a future sale of right back Wallace. The Rio club are set to buy the 20% of the player’s economic rights that are owned by sports management group, Traffic. If the deal goes through, Fluminense will own 60% of the 18-year-old. Chelsea already have 40% of the player’s economic rights which were acquired when Deco switched from London to Rio in 2010.

Jon, interested in your thoughts about where his current development is at.
How far off a European switch and how long until he would make an impact in a major league?
Thanks,
Mat
