Hernanes set to come in for the injured Paulinho

Brazil face Italy in Salvador on Saturday with both teams already assured of their place in the next phase. However, there is still plenty at stake with the seleção and the Azzurri keen to avoid a meeting with Spain in the semi-final.
The South Americans will be without their influential midfielder, Paulinho, who picked up an ankle injury. Hernanes will step in. Chelsea’s David Luiz, who broke his nose in the match against Mexico, should start. With centre back Thiago Silva and right back Daniel Alves on two yellow cards, Scolari may opt to bring in Dante and Jean respectively.
The Italians will have no Daniele De Rossi (suspended) and Andrea Pirlo (injured).
