Carlos Alberto could face ex team

São Paulo’s recent on-loan signing, Carlos Alberto, may make the squad to face Corinthians on Sunday. However, conservative coach Muricy Ramalho may yet decide to leave him out of the final 18 players. The midfielder arrived from Germany’s Werder Bremen last week and was not expected to be match-fit for some time.  The player won the Campeonato Brasileiro with Corinthians in 2005. Carlos Alberto was brought to the club by Corinthians’ then partners, Media Sports Investments for a figure somewhere between US$ 8 to 11 million dollars. When things began to fall apart at the Parque São Jorge, he then moved back to Fluminense before joining Werder in 2007.
