Purple pays

dentinho-new-shirt2.jpgCorinthians launched a new third kit today. A spokesperson said that purple was chosen to represent the passion the club’s supporters have for their side. Purple is not part of Corinthians traditional club colours but the Parque São Jorge marketing department believes that the shirt could become a cash cow. Last year, Palmeiras released a dayglo yellow jersey which turned into a big seller.
