Botafogo, Internacional Vasco have booked their spots in the last eight of the Copa do Brasil.

Botafogo now await the winner of the Atlético Mineiro vs Náutico match; Inter will take on either Palmeiras or Sport; and Vasco (see Edmundo’s excellent goal) have a date with minnows Juventus or Corinthians Alagoas.

The remaining places will be decided next week.

On Thursday, Palmeiras drew 0x0 with Sport Recife
