Hamburg land Thiago Neves

Brazil midfielder Thiago Neves is to sign for Hamburg this Saturday. The German club are expected to pay Fluminense around 9.2 million euros for the 23-year-old. The news that Neves has opted for Germany will disappoint both Manchester city and Atletico Madrid who were also keen on landing the player. Neves will team up with fellow Brazilian Alex Silva who was signed from São Paulo earlier this week.
