Brazil open their Confederations Cup campaign with a match vs Egypt in Bloemfontein, South Africa.

Coach Dunga has said Brazil are there to win the competition. He also said that he intends to use the tournament to assess his squad for the remaining World Cup qualifying fixtures.

Brazil are holders of the cup and arrive in good form after recent wins over Uruguay and Paraguay.

The only change to the starting line-up should be Luís Fabiano in place of Nilmar up front.

Brazil (probable): Júlio César, Daniel Alves, Juan, Lúcio, Kléber, Gilberto Silva, Felipe Melo, Elano, Kaká, Robinho, Luís Fabiano

Venue: Free State Stadium, Bloemfontein

Date: 15 June 2009
