Am i the only one that has not been convinced by Andre’s performances lately( Hulk and Nilmar are on form) and it would be nice to see Rafael Toloi being called up.

I seriously have no idea what Mano is trying to do. No Hernanes. No Felipe Luis. No Diego Alves. No Hulk. No Nilmar. No Bastos.
These are the players who are currently in good form.

Ronaldinho and Robinho haven’t looked so good in Italy recently. Ronaldinho was horrible against Real Madrid yesterday.

It is unfair that several Corinthians players will be called up in the middle of a 3 way league championship race. Corinthians play on the weekend of 14 November and 21 November and this friendly is on 17 November so while they may not miss any league games they will certainly be fatigued by traveling half way across the globe for this friendly. Any chance Jon that Mano Menezes will excuse the Corinthians players from this match? The players from Gremio, Botafogo and Atletico PR also are involved in games vital to their clubs’ hopes to qualify for the Copa Libertadores or Sudamericana next year too. They also should be excused from this friendly.

it’s certainly not ideal. i can’t see menezes dropping any of the Brazil based players. he did make a concession by arranging for the players to be able to fly out after the upcoming round of games. it’ll be harder on Neto (APR) and Douglas (Grêmio) when they return as their teams are in action on Saturday 20th for round 36
