Update – Chelsea to fork out almost 7 million on Piazon

Premier League side Chelsea are reported to be eyeing São Paulo U17 player, Lucas Piazon. Inter Milan are also interested in the forward who turns 17 later this month. Piazon is seen as one of the Morumbi club’s best prospects in years and is expected to make his professional debut this season.
