Plucked from obscurity: Alan Bald, Darlei Santos and Airton Michellon

Spanish club Malaga have announced the signings of three 17-year-olds from Juventude.
Alan Bald, Darlei Santos and Airton Michellon impressed the Spaniards during the Copa Cotif L’Alcúdia in August when the Brazilian club made it all the way to final before losing to Valencia. However, the trio will only sign with Malaga in January 2012 when they have all turned 18.

i’m afraid it’s another case of three unknowns being snapped up by a European club before anyone in the national press here in Brazil had even heard of them (though there were a few items written about them in the local regional press)
