New Brazil coach Dunga has named his first squad since he returned to take over the seleção last month.
Jefferson, David Luiz, Maicon, Luiz Gustavo, Fernandinho, Ramires, Oscar, Hulk, Willian and Neymar have been retained from the World Cup squad. Captain Thiago Silva misses out through injury.
The uncapped players include Cruzeiro midfielders Everton Ribeiro and Ricardo Goulart, and Corinthians centre-back Gil.
Brazil play their friendlies versus Colombia 5th September in Miami and Ecuador four days later in New Jersey.
